NOCIVERA offers free standard shipping on all orders to Europe, the United States, and Australia.

Orders to other destinations may be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Australia: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (shipping charges may apply)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NOCIVERA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at Info@nocivera.com. Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office.

If the issue persists, contact us at Info@nocivera.com within 7 days of the delivery date so that we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the items received and contact us at Info@nocivera.com within 48 hours of delivery.
