Refund policy

At Nocivera, every product is carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Info@nocivera.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We will review your request within 3–5 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. SOFIA LEVANTE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only as store credit, unless the item is confirmed to be defective. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are offered at our discretion. Please contact Info@nocivera.com for inquiries.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale items
Discounted or promotional items
Gift cards
Used or altered items

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
