Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping

Nocivera offers free standard shipping on all orders to Europe, the United States, and Australia. Orders to other destinations may incur additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: 3–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

Australia: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days (shipping fees may apply)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nocivera is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@nocivera.com Changes can only be made before dispatch.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at contact@nocivera.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us at contact@nocivera.com within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to shipping shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
