Refund policy

At Nocivera, every product is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at contact@nocivera.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We will review your request within 3–5 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Nocivera is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only, unless the item is confirmed defective. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and are offered at our discretion. Contact contact@nocivera.com for inquiries.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Final sale items
- Discounted or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Used or altered items
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
